Waivers Requests In Johannesburg

A Waiver is a request in the form of a motivation letter that we draft and send to the Director General of Home Affairs, stating the reasons why we feel a specific or set of requirements must be relaxed or removed in order to apply for a visa.

There has to be merit in a case and we need to prove what and why. We have done these types of applications 100’s times and we normally get them approved, we obviously use our discretion and years of experience to decide if the application would work or not.
