WHAT IS THE IELTS EXAM?
The IELTS is a language exam that tests the practitioner’s proficiency in English as the most widely used international language for business and study. There are two types of IELTS exams, the general training IELTS, and the Academic IELTS which assesses the candidate’s proficiency in academic English.
Both exams are divided into four sections that test the candidate’s skills for listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
